How quickly things change

So after enduring a water logged weekend which caused some water to leak into the house I decided to venture out to the house this afternoon and see if any progress had been made since things came to a halt because of the rain.  To my surprise I pulled up to find a completely sided house and drywall installers inside hanging drywall!  I spoke to the drywall crew and of course inquired about the water leak.  The crew leader showed me where the leak was coming from.  It turns out its where the garage roof meets the side of the house.  The water was coming thru the flashing due to the lack of siding.  There was a minor roof issue but that was corrected this morning when a cap was installed on the roof.

Here are some exterior pictures from today.  I will be taking and posting pictures tomorrow of the drywall progress.

    1. Thank you! We are so happy that the house is moving along quickly. With Lisa being almost 8 months pregnant its going to be really crazy in Sept when we close about two to three weeks before she is due.
